1. Acceptance
By joining the Saphe waitlist or using the Saphe website at sapheliving.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the Saphe app at any specific time. Saphe will launch at each school once enough students from that school have signed up. We reserve the right to set, change, or end the waitlist at any time.
3. Eligibility
Saphe is intended for incoming and current college students aged 17 or older with a valid academic email address or proof of enrollment. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Saphe site or waitlist, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
5. Intellectual property
All branding, copy, design, and code on the Saphe site are the property of Saphe and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the Saphe name or logo without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Saphe site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature described on the site will be available at launch.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saphe and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or waitlist.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
