Saphe ("we", "us", "our") operates the Saphe website and waitlist at sapheliving.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Any other details you voluntarily submit through the signup form (e.g., school, name)
- Basic technical data such as approximate location, device type, and pages viewed, used only for aggregate analytics
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Send you a confirmation that you joined the waitlist
- Notify you when Saphe launches at your school
- Send occasional updates about the product before launch
- Understand which schools and audiences are most interested so we can prioritize launch order
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored securely on our managed backend infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the Saphe team members who need it to operate the waitlist and product.
5. Email communications
Waitlist confirmation and launch notifications are transactional emails sent through our email infrastructure. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove your email from our list.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at privacy@sapheliving.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
7. Children's privacy
Saphe is intended for incoming college students aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email.
